El Fenn Hotel Marrakesh

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The interior design was perfect, with a fun and balanced combination of colors, plants, and a mix of Moroccan and contemporary elements. Our room was luxurious, with leather flooring, a spacious bed, beautiful bed linen, and a colorful window overlooking a charming patio. The hammam provided an relaxing and enjoyable experience. The rooftop terrace was a must-visit spot for a drink during sunset, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location near the wall of the Medina was excellent, and we appreciated being in a more private and safe area.

The location was perfect for us, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing excellent room service, car hire, and even offering to assist with tours and tickets. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We loved the turndown service and the in-room safe for our valuables. The free toiletries provided were of high quality, and the am/fm alarm clock was a nice touch. The dining experience at the restaurant was amazing, and the continental breakfast served was a great start to our day. We also enjoyed the bar/lounge area, where we could unwind and relax. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's swimming pool was a great place to cool off and relax. The free Wi-Fi and wheelchair access were added bonuses. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, quality service, and luxurious amenities.

Excellent location near the Medina wall. Beautiful and clean with awesome interior design. Friendly staff and professional service. Rooms are fantastic, with comfortable beds and luxurious amenities. Breakfast and afternoon tea selection are delicious and made with fresh local produce.

We stayed in a spacious and comfortable room that was perfect for our family with 2 small kids. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful, making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and we enjoyed dining in the beautiful courtyard. The location of the hotel was convenient, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Additionally, the hotel offered a rooftop bar and restaurant where we could enjoy stunning views of the city.

We did experience some noise disturbance during our stay, as the room we stayed in was right next to the kitchen area. This occasionally led to some sound disruptions, especially during meal preparation times.

We found ourselves in a beautiful old neighborhood, surrounded by the hustle and bustle of local life. The location was perfect, right next to the kitchen area and a short walk to any tourist attraction. Our room was stunning, with a luxurious bathroom and a comfortable bed. The service was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast spread was delicious. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar and the stunning views it offered.

The prices for food and drinks were quite expensive compared to other places we visited.

Fine rooms, excellent staff, peace all around, spacious house with pool and terrace, accommodating for large celebrations.

During my recent stay at El Fenn, I had an unfortunate incident where I broke my front crown. the staff were pretty good too arrange an emergency dental appointment and even drove me there themselves. I was impressed with their attentiveness and care. The hotel itself is a beautiful oasis, close to the center of the city but still peaceful. The attention to detail and artwork throughout the hotel is excellent. The rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy delicious meals and fine sunsets. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend El Fenn for its excellent customer service and beautiful ambiance.
